Korean manufacturer HJC continues its offensive with its new flagship model, the RPHA 60. For spring 2026, the hybrid helmet will be available in an exclusive Spielberg Red Bull Ring livery, featuring the graphic design of the famous Austrian racetrack.

Aesthetics inspired by speed

A major new addition to the 2025 collection, the RPHA 60 is strengthening its market presence with a brand-new version that will be available from March 2026. This edition features a matte finish combining deep blue and bright red. The visual identity is marked by the famous Red Bull bull on the sides, a direct nod to the monument that stands on the Spielberg circuit, while the official logos of the track adorn the sides and back of the shell.

Trail versatility and GT performance

Designed to redefine the standards of the segment, the RPHA 60 features a compact shell that stays true to the sporting heritage of the RPHA line. This helmet is designed to be versatile, targeting both intensive off-road enthusiasts and long-distance travelers (GT).

One of its major innovations is its retractable sun visor. In addition to its control located at the neck, it introduces a new depth adjustment feature: the sun visor can be moved forward by 5 or 10 mm. This feature allows the helmet to be adapted to all nose shapes while optimizing protection against glare.

PIM Evo technology: the combination of natural fibers and carbon

HJC has capitalized on fifteen years of competition experience to launch the PIM Evo matrix, the third generation of its shell technology. To guarantee a high level of impact resistance while controlling weight—a crucial criterion in touring—the manufacturer has incorporated cutting-edge materials:

• Carbon and glass fibers;
• Hybrid fibers;
• Natural flax fibers and organic non-woven fabrics.

Aerodynamic optimization and climate comfort

The RPHA 60 has undergone extensive wind tunnel development. Work on the chin deflector, off-road visor, and shell lines ensures optimal airflow dispersion. The A.C.S. (Advanced Channeling Ventilation System) has been redesigned to maximize internal circulation, complemented by a three-position adjustable chin vent.

In terms of vision, the high-quality 3D screen promises distortion-free vision, supported by a standard Pinlock 120 anti-fog film.

Safety and ergonomics: ECE 22.06 standard

Meeting the requirements of the ECE 22.06 safety standard, the helmet is available in three shell sizes to cover six sizes (from XS to 2XL). Support is provided by multi-density "3D contour" cheek pads, covered with a new antibacterial, anti-perspiration, quick-drying coating.

For passive safety, the RPHA 60 inherits the RPHA 1's emergency cheek pad removal system. Finally, comfort is enhanced by goggles channels and full compatibility with SMARTHJC Bluetooth communication systems (11B, 21B, and 50B) developed by SENA, which have been designed to integrate seamlessly with the helmet's lines.
