from 1924 to 1927
wardill is an English brand created by Henry Ernest and James Percival Wardill. Ernest Wardill began by opening a bicycle repair shop in Pound Street, Carshalton, South London. Between 1924 and 1927, the two brothers developed a motorcycle with a supercharged engine, but production did not follow.

the brand was reborn in 2018 under the impetus of family descendant Mark Wardill. The proposed bike benefits from a design very close to the original. This Wardill 4 will be hand-built in small production runs. The company is now based in Pontypridd, near Cardiff.
