voxan is a French brand founded by Jacques Gardette in 1995. All the brand's models were powered by a 72° V2, acclaimed by the press and users alike. Several times in financial difficulty, Voxan was bought out in 2010 by the Monegasque Venturi group. Production never resumed, but the image lives on thanks to a very active club - https://www.voxanclubdefrance.com/

Since its takeover, the "new" Voxan has been pursuing a semblance of activity by developing electric motorcycles for record-breaking demonstrations. The Wattman made a name for itself with its performance and its test rider, Max Biaggi.
Then, in August 2024, the Ohio State RW-5 Voxan prototype distinguished itself with a series of performances on the Bonneville salt lake in the under 150 kg category:
- 271.515 km/h for 1 km run and 271.323 km/h for 1 mile run in the naked version.
- 289.787 km/h for 1 km run and 289.738 km/h for 1 mile run for the streamlined version.
