Gone for several decades, the British brand Phelon & Moore is making a comeback under the impetus of foreign capital. This revival features a Capetown trail bike (road version 7S or a little off-road 7X), a custom bike based on the famous Panther name (C or S version), and two scooters - an urban-oriented Panthette S and a crossover-oriented X.
