Location

best known for its cars, the huge American manufacturer has also tried its hand at two-wheelers. Or three. In 1939, GM designed a prototype military vehicle heavily inspired by the BMW R75. The special feature of the DELCO was its interchangeable rear axle, which could be converted from two to three wheels and vice versa. This project never got beyond the prototype stage.
