aurus is a Russian brand of high-end automobiles. It is also due to present a major motorcycle, the Escort model, intended for the President's security services (currently Vladimir Putin). This motorcycle is to be developed by the Russian state scientific research center, FSUE NAMI, and the famous Kalashnikov group. Scheduled for 2022 or 2023, the Escort will be fully electric.
The motorcycle will subsequently be marketed under the IZH brand.
