eMGo is a Ukrainian start-up developing electric motorcycles. Among their models, the most stylish is the ScrAmper. It's a 9 kW roadster-scrambler (16 kW peak) with a range of 90 to 200 km, depending on speed. The bike can reach 130 km/h and recharges from 50% in 30 min; 80% in 1 hr and 100% in 1 hr 40.
