1917 - 1984. Zündapp was an emblematic motorcycle manufacturer of its time. Founded in Germany in 1917 by Fritz Neumeyer, the brand didn't produce motorcycles until 1921. The first model released was the Z22. Zündapp made its mark with sidecars, particularly the KS50. After a flourishing period, the brand gradually declined and went bankrupt in the summer of 1984.
