presentation of the 1260 Multistrada S Grand Tour 2020
Ducati may not have a GT, but it does have a big trail bike that wants to do it all. Off-road with the 1260 Enduro; muscular climbing on Pikes Peak; what if it wanted to go far?
here's a job for this Grand Tour version. A name that sounds like a high-volume station wagon or a travel agency poster for an international trip. Strictly speaking, this Multistrada is not a new model, but essentially a 1260 MTS with a full complement of accessories. Ducat' had already done the trick with the 1200 Granturismo edition.
there was already the Touring pack to enhance this machine. Clearly, that wasn't enough, as the Grand Tour comes with much more. From the indispensable heated grips to the large panniers that hold a total of 85 liters of cargo, there's already plenty more capes to discover.
Comfort is enhanced by a more welcoming saddle. Additional LED headlights help improve visibility in unpredictable conditions. And as the MTS has no universal joint, the central stand for maintenance operations is even more appreciated. A tire pressure monitor is also included, as is a keyless fuel filler cap. The only thing missing is a high bubble.

The extra equipment adds 3 kilos to the weight, while the price inevitably climbs. However, the final bill is significantly lower than if all accessories were purchased separately.
let's not forget that, for this 'anvil-like' price, this Ducati with its huge heart offers you controlled suspensionsuspension, 4 riding modes, a 5-inch TFT screen, full LED lighting with cornering function, cornering ABS, keyless ignition, cruise control, cruise control and more.aBS cornering, keyless ignition, cruise control, automatic blinker off, hill-start assist, traction control, Power modes, anti-wheeling, adjustable seat, Brembo M50 brakes on 330 mm discs (strong) and genetically Ducati driving precision. In short, the Italian SUV at its best.

Bikers' reviews Leave a review - 2 reviews
Since the summer of 2020, I've switched to Ducati with this model, and I've ridden the Great Alps with a buddy who rides an africa adventure, and I can tell you that despite my 1.65m arms raised, this bike is a real wedding cake with several layers, torquey in the low revs (3500 rpm, more used to 1700) and watts when you exceed 5000 rpm, I haven't used the sport mode yet, already quite enough with the 100 hp limited by the touring mode. Pacha-like comfort, and thanks to the heated grips for the Reunion Islander in me. In short, sport, adventure, comfort and practicality all rolled into one, much less expensive than a BMW with all options, and with an Italian aesthetic that's hard to beat.
