maeving is a Coventry-based start-up in the electric motorcycle sector. Their RM1 model is distinguished by its removable batteries. The bike is sold with a single battery, and has a slot for a second battery. The batteries are easily removed for charging at home or in the office.
The RM1 has an optimum range of 64 km, when riding cool. This is doubled with the two batteries. Its top speed is just 72 km/h. Sufficient for urban use, but difficult to envisage any other use.
