Unlike the 1200 Bonneville of this same edition, whose tank is first chromed and then painted, the T100 goes through a different process. Once the tank has been colored, it passes through the hands of a specialized technician who applies the chrome strip using a filament technique. Only two gas specialists in the world are trained to do this job. A thin layer of lacquer protects the whole.

Between the color, the chrome, the twin batifoleur and this classic-iconic design, this special-edition Bonneville T100 lends itself happily to gentle, distinguished rides. the twin-cylinder's 65 hp are matched by 80 Nm of torque, traction control, ABS and ride-by-wire throttle.
Returning to a purely stylistic point of view, it's tempting to think that the British model maintains a certain monopoly on snobbery.
