presentation of the 1700 HAMMER S LE 2014
the Hammer is Victory's muscle bike, the bad guy, the hardcore custom. A huge rear tire, a sharp posterior, the character and strength of the big Freedom twin, and for lovers of belligerent riding, here's a response with this LE limited series.
what does this special version have in store for us? We're more interested in its limited production run of 200 units, or in its unique white color contrasted by black "Black Out" elements! A bit of both, but above all for its extensively redesigned driving position. The DragBar handlebars bring the rider closer to the control station, while the footrests move back. The panels move from the base of the frame to the crankshaft axis. Anecdotal? Far from it, because the Hammer S LE imposes a real Bad Boy attitude and a different approach to cornering. To go from one to the other, this imposing Minnesota custom relies on the 14 mkg distributed by the big 1731 V-twin. The front end, with its upside-down forks and twin 300 mm brake discs, has nothing to fear. A touch of humility is in order, however: this sporty custom weighs almost twice as much as a supersport. A numbered "Limited Edition" plaque sits between the meters, a constant reminder of the machine's exclusive character.
