the only 250 2-stroke remains in Aprilia's catalog, against all odds, but only for track use, in compliance with anti-pollution standards. So we might as well get it ready for racing. Still powered by the RGV twin, it loses a few kilos and gains the design of the new RSV-R via decals. The carbon fairing and lightened exhaust with carbon and Kevlar muffler relieve the RS 250 of unnecessary kilos. A great toy for big boys.

Marco Model 2004

This bike is a real killer! Its performance is very close to that of a 600cc, and its look is unique! It's become a legend, the only ("big") 2T left in the world. Frankly, I think it's great that Aprilia has brought out the ultimate version of the RS250. The only thing that's a shame is that they should perhaps have brought out an even more racing version: a real track bike, i.e., with a souped-up engine exceeding the 80hp mark, with steering amorto included, with real non-approved pots etc...
