presentation of the 1720 CHIEF VINTAGE LE 2013
today, buying an Indian is much more than appreciating a legendary brand. It's about straddling a spirit, a mechanical cathedral, and shelling out a largely unreasonable sum. But you can go one step further and indulge in this special edition of the Chief Vintage. Called L.E. for Limited Edition, because you're unlikely to come across one: only 35 examples will be made.
this exceptional motorcycle gains in presence and equipment: even more chrome, leather saddlebags with an aged look, a passenger backrest and a quick-fit luggage rack, and to sprinkle the charm, a superb two-tone paint job (White Pearl and Black Thunder).
and forget the engine? Not at all. Huge, sparkling, phantasmagorical, the twin Power Plus is as much to be contemplated as it is to be savored. Don't look for any performance from it: its output is ridiculous, its power worthy of a diesel, and these kinds of shortcomings don't bother anyone on a bike of this caliber. What we ask of it is to live with breath as well as beauty. Coupled with a 6-speed gearbox, these 1720 cm3 and its torque of almost 14 mkg are enough to move the Indian's 340 kg (unladen) at a senator's pace.
priced at around $38,000 in the US, the Vintage Chief L.E. will easily break the 40,000-euro barrier in Europe... provided a few units are imported. Opposite it, only a few Harley CVOs and Victory Ness can muster a few thoughts.

in short, a movie star's boff, who'll spend 1 month in St trop, 1 month in Marbella and who'll forget all about his boff Rating : 1/5 Respond to dugommier
I have two of them because I divide my life between two continents, one in Canada and one here in Europe, and the one here arrived in a container with the US price more than 6 months after purchase, so it was considered a used bike and the tax on entry into Euro territory was calculated on the estimated price and not on the new price
It came back to me at more or less 60% of the advertised price in Europe Rating : 5/5 Participate in the conversation
