With the H2 SX, Kawasaki has reinvented the concept of the very fast Sport-Tourer. Like the ZZR in its day? Not quite; more like a big VFR with compressed adrenalin. Equipped with a remarkable design in every respect (like it or not), a compressor and a whole host of technological refinements, the bike is ready to blast down the road from the moment it's started up, and will make high-speed/high-voltage stays fly by.
speaking of holidays. Would you go away for the weekend without a few personal items, a change of clothes and a bottle of pschiiitt? The H2 SX wouldn't either. In fact, it's much better suited to its mission with the Tourer pack. Like many models equipped with this extension(Versys, Z 1000 SX, etc.), it makes a convincing case for taking along the essentials. Most importantly, the panniers. They boast a total capacity of 56 liters; 2x28 liters would be more accurate. Design and colors blend perfectly with the line. And if you're going empty, they'll come in handy for storing helmets. On the other hand, if you're taking a lot of gear with you, it'll be easier to fit it into the two special inner bags. A minor drawback is that they each take up a liter of cargo space.
Finally, the package ends with a set of protective pads.
in Tourer trim, the Kawasaki H2 SX SE completes an already comprehensive equipment package: as standard, it comes with heated grips, a high bubble, a center stand, tank protectors, extensive electronics(extensively detailed on the dedicated ->) and, of course, a devilishly tempting engine. With it, the weekend destination becomes a focal point, speed a target, adrenalin a reward for supercharging. All that remains is a hefty price tag, but justified given the level of technology and the spectacular nature of the engine, a weight not to be underestimated (over 260 kilos) and a face bursting with personality. But... isn't the only real concern that suitcases should have been standard on the SE?!?!
