presentation of the CALIFORNIA 1100 VINTAGE 2011
moto-Guzzi celebrates the 35th anniversary of the California with an exclusive version calledVintage. This tribute to the past is highlighted by a number of special features: spoked wheels, newly designed chromed steel mudguards, double fog lights, 2-tone seat, large windscreen, exclusive handlebars and special, waterproof panniers with a lined interior protected by chromed steel tubes.
the transverse twin takes advantage of the opportunity to recover some of the modifications made to the 1100 Breva's engine. Cylinders, pistons, connecting rods, dual-ignition cylinder heads, valve seats and guides are all new. This little facelift will also be adopted by the other Calif models, which are now Euro 3 compliant. Recognition for a motorcycle that has become a symbol.

the position is senatorial for both rider and passenger, the torque is omnipresent when winding up in last gear (it has to be said that the model I tried out was already well established), the protection is fabulous for a custom and the panniers are practical, despite what the journalists say.
