Moto Morini, having already marked the 2023 edition of the Milan show with several new products, plans to repeat the experience in 2024. The Italian brand, owned by the Chinese Zhongneng Vehicle Group since 2018, will present no fewer than four new models at the forthcoming EICMA show in Milan, which opens on November 5. This was announced by Alberto Monni, who was appointed Moto Morini Managing Director last year, after 5 years in the position.
Moto Morini at the Milan EICMA show: a remake of the 2023 edition?
A. Monni quickly made it clear that he was determined to pursue the growth objectives set in motion in recent years."The main objective of my mandate is the further strengthening of Moto Morini on the European market, an important challenge that the brand is now ready to take up", he asserted. In this sense, 2024 was a significant year for Morini, which relaunched its powerful 1200 engine in the X-Cape 1200 maxi-trailer. Presented at the last EICMA show in Milan, along with the Calibro, Milano and Corsaro, they will soon be a distant memory. Or rather, will these models be accompanied by new creations? That's what we can expect, as the Italian brand seems determined to once again take advantage of the exhibition to make its mark.
Alberto Monni, General Manager of Moto Morini, on the EICMA show:
This edition of EICMA is an important milestone for Moto Morini and represents a key moment in our journey of growth and transformation. In addition to expanding our presence in new market segments, this year we'll also have the opportunity to celebrate the anniversary of a model that has marked the brand's history. Our commitment is clear: to combine tradition and innovation, focusing on motorcycles offering high performance, reliability and an exceptional riding experience. The current models in our range, as well as those we'll be presenting at EICMA, reflect our heritage and the brand's eye to the future.
A. Monni underlines the importance of this year's EICMA for Moto Morini, which will also be celebrating the anniversary of a historic model. Without specific details, we can legitimately think of the 70th anniversary of the 1955 Morini Rebello ACT split. What is certain is that the manufacturer continues its commitment to combining tradition and innovation. The new Morini 2025 models, some of which have already been unveiled, will embody the heritage of the octogenarian brand, while looking to the future... See you, initially, on November 5!
