To complement the dynamic positioning of the Triumph Tiger Sport 800—the designated rival to the Yamaha Tracer 9 and BMW F 900 XR—Italian aftermarket parts manufacturer SC-Project offers two exhaust options designed to enhance the look and sound of the British adventure bike.

The SC1-X: Superbike Heritage

The first model, called the SC1-X, draws inspiration from the exhaust systems developed by the brand for the World Superbike and Supersport championships. It features:

• Materials: An ultra-lightweight titanium body paired with an asymmetrical carbon-fiber tailpipe.
• Performance: A claimed gain of 1.2 chevaux and 1 Nm of torque at 9,000 rpm, with increased power and torque across the low- and mid-range.
• Design: A mounting bracket directly welded to the original mounting points, complemented by a carbon heat shield.

The Rally Raid: An Off-Road Touch

For riders looking for a more compact and distinctive look, SC-Project offers a second off-road-inspired muffler: the Rally Raid.

• Design: Compact size with a 60 mm diameter outlet.
• Performance: A unique titanium version that delivers a 1.5-horsepower gain while also optimizing engine response at low and mid-range RPMs.

Italian manufacturing and technical precision

Like all of the manufacturer’s products, these two exhaust systems are produced in Italy. They benefit from competition-derived processes: laser cutting, TIG welding, and CNC-machined titanium clamps to ensure a precise fit.
