Motorcycle specifications Norton1200 V4 CR 2024 Hardcore in Birmingham

After relaunching its V4 sv hypersport and putting the 961 Commando back into production to fill past orders, Norton is back for the fight with a powerful streetfighter-cafe-racer. Big, bad, top-of-the-range with the 1200 V4 cr. A terror of the English bourgeoisie, with a profile that'll rip everything to shreds.
starting with the eyes, the wallet, the wrists, the joints. The Norton V4 cr is here to blow things up. Essentially based on sportiness, the engine has not been softened to make it more docile (as is often the case). Without hesitation, the British block delivers 185 hp at 12,000 rpm. Quite a cavalry!
torque, too, speaks for itself. Over 12.7 mkg, perched at 9,000 rpm. The 4-cylinder V-twin makes the most of its displacement to offer muscle, compensating for its almost "modest" kW output. Most 1000 sportbikes produce over 200 hp.
well, 185 hp is already very strong. Enough to immediately tickle the Tuono V4, KTM SuperDuke and Triumph Speed Triple RS. The V4 cr won't let power get the better of it, however, as it offers some solid arguments. Its aluminum-tube frame, for example, was originally designed for the Tourist Trophy. The CV is set! The case features column angle adjustment for the steering, as well as swingarm pivot adjustment.
Once these elements have been set, chassis enthusiasts can enjoy tuning the suspension. Everything is adjustable on the 43 mm Öhlins NIX 30 inverted fork, as well as on the TTXGP shock absorber. The Swedish manufacturer also supplies the steering damper.
braking, fairings.... Where do you see fairings? Norton has dressed up the CR only with shoulder pads, an engine cowling and a carbon cap over the headlight. The result is a natural aggressiveness and a desire for a sado-masochistic slap. What's more, with its short rear end, single-arm design, titanium exhaust and wrist-mounted handlebars, this Cafra invites unrestrained attack and debauchery.
on the other hand, the V4 cr doesn't intend to make itself accessible. Firstly, Norton is only planning to produce 200 units. Secondly, the price tag of 41,999 pounds will set teeth on edge - the rest of us will just have to go with the engine's gusto. Finally, it's hard to find it outside the UK. There are no plans to market it internationally, and it's not Euro5 approved.
The bikes will be hand-built in the new Solihull factory. Since TVS took over, Norton has relocated and should be assured of management and sustainability more in keeping with its pedigree.
it's quite simple. The Norton V4 cr isn't a V4 sv transmuted into a roadster - it's a naked V4 sv, eager to kick some ass.
