Motorcycle rider Febvre Romain - Motorcycle sport

Born on December 31, 1991, in Épinal, Romain Febvre discovered motorcycling at the age of 3 and began competing at age 6. After winning several regional titles in Lorraine and a stint in supermoto following an injury, he returned to motocross in 2010. His rise was rapid: after winning the EMX2 European Championship in 2011, he joined the MX2 World Championship the following year and finished third overall in 2014, securing his first Grand Prix victory in Brazil.

Joining the official Yamaha Factory Team for his debut in the premier class in 2015, the rider from the Vosges caused a sensation by becoming MXGP World Champion on his very first attempt. Renowned for his steely resolve and tenacity, he has remained at the top of the sport season after season, racking up more than forty Grand Prix victories and four triumphs at the Motocross of Nations while racing for France. In 2025, ten years after his first title, he clinched a second epic MXGP world title following a close battle with Lucas Coenen, establishing himself through 2026 as one of the undisputed pillars of world motocross.

In 2027, he will take on a new challenge, joining Ducati's Red Team for at least two years, after seven years with Kawasaki.
