Motorcycle specifications Yamaha YZF-R1 1000 MotoGP Replica 2010 4 champions for coats of arms
presentation of the YZF-R1 1000 MotoGP Replica 2010
to coincide with the 2010 MotoGP Grand Prix de France, Yamaha is offering a very special R1 series. As in 2009, 4 models are on sale, decorated in the same way as the machines competing in the world championship. But this year, Yam is going one step further: each model will be unique. Last year, there were 2 R1 Rossi Replicas and 2 Lorenzo Replicas. For 2010, each hypersport will bear the deco of a specified rider. So, under the FIAT banner: a Rossi Replica and a Lorenzo Replica, and under the Tech 3 crest: a Spies Replica and an Edwards Replica. That's quite a line-up of champions, and they're the ones who'll be handing over the keys to their bikes to the lucky buyers. Just imagine: on Saturday, May 22, on the eve of the GP, one of the world's best riders will come up to you and hand over a one-off R1 in the colors of the 800 he's riding.
well, you'll have to fork out 16,999 euros - 1,000 more than the production model - to get the package. But the bonuses don't stop there. I say pack, because the R1 replica doesn't just come with its special deco; it has everything you need to put yourself in the shoes of an official rider. First of all, there's the rider's helmet and machine (which can be autographed by the champions), an official Yamaha team shirt, a certificate of authenticity and a specicific authentication plate affixed to the frame making these machines truly unique, a pair of YEC racing levers, and to complete the silhouette, a seat cover in the official team colors bearing the rider's number.
and that's not all. VIP treatment for VIP motorcycles: the package also includes 2 paddock passes for the Moto GP weekend, so you can experience this fabulous MotoGP from the inside with the Yam champions. Finally, wild card access to Yamaha track days (Carole on May 26; Paul Ricard on July 12; Nevers Magny-Cours on July 19), enabling you to take to the track with Yam instructors.
reservations can only be made online via the Yamaha website: www.yamaha-motor.fr
