presentation of the Tuono 125 2017
2017 sees the return of one of the sportiest 125 roadsters: the Tuono. Theold version, equipped with a 2-stroke engine and a devastating mouth, offered the first sensations to young wolves of the road. A decade later, the machine is back, combining the silhouette of the big 1100 Tuono with the technical aspects of the RS 125. It's enough to take on a Yamaha MT-125 or a KTM 125 Duke.
with its prominent fork head, engine cowling, dressed shoulders, RSV4 look and racing touches, the bike is a provocative, plush package. Underneath, it's a real little sports bike with high handlebars. The Tuono 125 is equipped with an aluminum perimeter frame, 41 mm inverted forks, a 4-valve, fuel-injected engine block producing 15 hp, ABS, optional shifter and smartphone connectivity (also optional). The new dashboard has a sporty feel too, with a carbon-backed analog instrument panel and a digital window. This provides information on speed, odometer trips, battery voltage, fuel quantity, engine temperature, etc., and, in the spirit of sportiness, the stopwatch with a 20-lap memory.
equipped with a 14-liter fuel tank, the Tuono 125 is capable of long stages thanks to its low fuel consumption. With a 300 mm front disc bitten by a 4-piston radial caliper, the brakes will only have to laugh to stop this little pest approaching 130 kilos. The rear, a 220 mm disc fitted with a single-piston caliper, will be used less frequently, but in a variety of situations. Handy for licking light braking or breaking speed.
in addition to its particularly attractive plastic, note the careful integration of the exhaust. It's all tucked into the boot, and nothing spoils the picture. The chassis of this little Tuono will allow you to play many pranks, and will never be overtaken by the engine. A fine toy, but one that will require a certain financial effort.

Bikers' reviews Leave a review - 5 reviews
i just changed the exhaust line with Leovince + an additional box. I didn't give it 5 stars for two reasons
_ the first is the tires, which take too long to warm up and are like soap in the rain
secondly, the dashboard is a bit outdated nowadays
Otherwise, it's a very nice bike, with good looks and low fuel consumption
Oh yes, I forgot, I live in Reunion Island
Best regards,

Purchased June 2018 model 2017; 12000 km to date.
yes indeed, breaker around 125 km/h, but, once l\'on sait, on adapte.
125 km/h isn't bad.
As far as I'm concerned, it's a very good bike: it sits well, handles well and is really beautiful.
the only disappointment is the quality of the original chain kit, which I've just replaced despite "normal" maintenance.
That's it, I recommend it.
commuting to work; 2/3 road - 1/3 dual carriageway (I'd like to point out that the bike handles very well at 120 km/h, even when cornering, and doesn't move. Rating : 5/5 Respond to GALAXIE
