Motorcycle specifications BMWK 1300 S 30eme anniversaire 2013 From K 100 to K 1300

special 30th anniversary edition for the K 1300 S. What am I thinking? This bike hasn't got three decades on its wheels... But under this red, black and white dress, it's not the K 1300 S that's being celebrated, but the K engine. For it was in 1983 that the first 4-cylinder BMW was launched on the market: the K 100. Unlike most of the world's production, where the engine faces the road, the Bavarian 987 cm3 90 hp engine is positioned longitudinally. Today, a 4-legged BMW produces 193 hp (and more) on an S 1000 RR.
the 1300's K isn't the RR's sporty monster - it's a 175-hp 1293 cm3, more roadworthy. But let's get back to the special features of this "30 Jahre K-modelle" edition. Aside from the decor, the German sport-GT is equipped with a smoked bubble, ESA II electronic damping, RDC tire-pressure control, and a new, more powerful, engine.pressure control, HP footpegs, Akrapovic exhaust, heated grips, on-board computer, shifter and ASC stability control.

But unfortunately it has a few flaws:
Cardan shaft vibration (rough transmission).
Noise of scrap metal on the engine brake. For this price and for the BMW brand. C\'est dommage.
At BM. They don't know.... surprising no...!
