presentation of the 1200 Nine-T Scrambler X 2016
As with the R NineT Sport Edition, BMW England is offering a special island version of a model with a strong coastline. This time, the Scrambler is the target. Named X, for cross, this model isn't intended to be a real novelty or an offbeat machine. Its main purpose is to show what can be achieved by dipping into the options catalog.
on the Scrambler X, you'll find everything you need to give the Behemoth its true vocation, and justify its name. The bike is fitted with spoked rims and studded tires, so you can enjoy a few excursions into the undergrowth. There are also LED indicators and a set of heated grips. No customization, welding or extravagance. Just simple, functional stuff that gives the Scrambler its true identity. For the time being, only Britons will see this X-series Scrambler on their soil.
The 'for now' is not insignificant. The NineT Sport was also a specific edition for the British market... and arrived a little later in the French catalog.
* Don't be fooled by the price quoted, which is based on the British market: the conversion does not take into account the various taxes, and the exchange rate fluctuates.
