Moto Guépard Model 1972

This is a very well-built machine, and it's worth noting that the French Gendarmerie was equipped with 60/5s among others. It's a good machine compared to the 75/5, with which it shares the chassis and running gear, as well as the low engine, and the console is reasonable at 5/6 per cent while respecting speed limits. As for the brakes, make sure you choose the right linings (for bite) and don't hesitate to redo the steel circles on the drums when they're out of order! Riding technique and safety distances are imperative if you want to be able to stop it (use engine braking with downshifting to 1st gear if necessary, with both brakes fully applied for emergency braking). I've just retired my old r60/5, but as I've been riding my r1200rt and f800gt lately, I didn't know how good the braking was. Fortunately, the flat has good compression, which helps me stop.
i changed the jaws but it was no use. It's a pity, but we'll have to make do
