The BMW R25 Series 2 was a medium-displacement motorcycle, equipped with a single-cylinder engine of almost 250 cm3. The R25/2 sold very well, with almost 40,000 units sold. The next series did even better, selling 47,700 units. It could exceed 100 km/h and cost 1,990 DeutschMarks at the time.
