For its 2027 collection, HJC is moving beyond the concept of a simple technical update. The manufacturer is introducing eight new helmets with entirely new designs, which will be released between September 2026 and February 2027. Most of these new models will be available on the market by the end of the calendar year. The main focus of this new business strategy is to lower launch prices compared to previous generations.
Overhaul of the Mid-Range Segment
The core of the lineup is being simultaneously refreshed with the arrival of the i72 and F72 full-face helmets, developed using a new architecture. The i72, built around a polycarbonate shell, will be priced starting at 219.90 euros (a 10-euro reduction compared to the model it replaces). Its fiberglass counterpart, the F72, will start at 319.90 euros (a 20-euro reduction). These two models, which feature reduced weight and a redesigned internal structure, will be available at dealerships starting in November.

Updates to the modular helmet lineup
In the segment of helmets with a reversible (180-degree) chin guard, the i100 is being discontinued in favor of the new i101. Expected in February 2027 at a price of 299.90 euros (-20 euros), this polycarbonate model features more compact dimensions and is lighter than its predecessor. It rounds out a lineup already featuring the F100 series. At the same time, a traditional modular helmet with a more classic design, the C92, is also being added to the catalog at a price of 169.90 euros.
Carbon Fiber Development and Urban Mobility
To meet demand in the French market for lightweight materials, the F72 will be available in a carbon fiber version upon its launch, priced at 429.90 euros (a 30-euro discount). The brand’s high-end trail model, the RPHA 60, will also feature a carbon version scheduled for release in January.
In terms of urban mobility and small-displacement motorcycles, the jet helmet lineup will expand in January with the introduction of the i41 half-jet helmet, whose design and graphics have been completely redesigned. It complements the i31 and F31 models.

Finally, the manufacturer is introducing a new motocross helmet designed for children, the Y50. Its unique feature is a system of interchangeable inner liners, designed to adapt as the wearer grows. Along with the release of these eight new models, HJC notes that the new graphic designs for helmets remaining in the 2027 catalog are already available for viewing on the brand’s official channels.
