Motorcycle specifications Harley-Davidson1450 ELECTRA GLIDE STANDARD FLHT 2006 Masterful relaxation on the road

Touring

the Electra Glide is as much associated with Harley-Davidson as Harley is with Davidson and Davidson is with Harley. It first appeared in 1965 and is still going strong today. In the Touring range, the Ultra Classic version is the most lavishly equipped, the ultimate American road cruiser. At the other end of the scale, the Standard is more affordable, without sacrificing the Electra philosophy. Rigid panniers to carry a few items of luggage, the triple-headlamp look that precedes a wide headlamp, a thick, cushy seat... and a more dynamic line, which can be explained by the absence of the top-hat combo.this is due to the absence of the passenger's top-case-assise-senatorial combo, the elimination of the deflectors in front of the legs, and the lesser presence of tubular steel protectors. On-board equipment is less extensive, and the approach price much less toxic: several thousand euros difference between the standard and Ultra Classic. As with any self-respecting ocean liner, handling is of the same ilk, space is at a premium, and docking is not something to be improvised. Much of the pleasure of riding this Electra comes, of course, from the big Twin Cam 88. Sometimes a little hard to move, this big beast is always, with its fat muscle and vibrations, an excellent travelling companion.
