mix CVO + Touring + 110th Anniversary Edition and you get a monster of presence and refinement. In this definition, the Road Glide Custom is not lacking in assets to make any rider fantasize. The CVO's plethora of equipment is enhanced by Diamond Dust and Obsidian paintwork with Palladium motifs, Midnight Pearl anniversary badges and medallions, a customized transmission finish and a custom saddle with exclusive inclusions. Two details that make all the difference: the cloisonné 110th anniversary commemorative medallion featuring the Harley-Davidson Bar & Shield logo in deep black with Midnight Pearl finish, and an engraved authentication plate with the serial number. The bike is polished from top to bottom, with a host of chrome and accessories, a 200-watt Harman Kardon audio system, splendid Agitator wheels, and the ultimate, the Twin Cam pushed to its 110 ci, 1803 cm3 version.
with its Heavy Breather air intake system, the twin-cylinder CVO Road Glide Custom looks like a dragster. But that's not what it's about, even if it's got almost 100 grunts in the connecting rods and a hefty ladle of torque (over 16 mkg). The Twin Cam 110's ideal is to take this distinctively styled cruiser on the road with strength and emotion. The Shark-nose fork head is not attached to the steering (as on the Electra) but to the chassis itself, thus lightening the steering.
Produced in a run of 900 units, the Road Glide Custom, pampered by Custom Vehicle Operations and emblazoned with the 110th anniversary crest, is flamboyant for the eyes and hot for the wallet. Expect a cheque for 35,000 euros...
