does the 471 cm3 twin take advantage of this to send out a few extra watts? Not at all. The mechanics and chassis remain unchanged. We'd love a few more watts, but if this block gave any more, it would close the doors of the A2 license. And yet, it would fit in perfectly with the CBR 500 R phase 2's sporty look. Honda has also thought about everyday comfort, improving the gear selection mechanism for smoother, easier shifting.
The CBR 500 R will be available in three colors for the French market in 2016: Tricolor, Graphite Black with Candy Energy Orange and Millennium Red.

Excellente moto.

Fuel consumption is really top-notch, the weight is just right and Honda reliability is very forgiving. Of course, it's not made for wandering around, but it's got what you need for normal riding. One downside: the full headlight doesn't illuminate the sides, and the bubble is a little low. Rating : 5/5
