with the KDX, you immediately venture off the beaten track. The aesthetics have long remained the same, with Kawasaki knowing how to preserve the essentials. This TT machine has everything you need to indulge in the joys of Motocross. Firstly, a lightweight yet rigid perimeter tubular frame, combined with inverted forks and disc brakes. The sporty 2-stroke single with liquid cooling, l'exhaust valve and 6-speed gearbox delivers good performance when riding over rough terrain. The seat is sporty, but the suspension combines efficiency with respect for the lumbar region. With its legal horsepower, the KDX is already a very efficient machine in the midst of clods of earth and stones - an additional chance for other countries: a good unbridling would provide 24 free-riding horses, with the added bonus of almost 2 mkg of torque. A great machine to enjoy.

This is my first motorcycle... bought new in the Paris area in 1999, perfect for the city, pretty comfortable, great lighting!, and that engine is as peppy as can be!, definitely one of the best 125s of the '90s (along with the Cagiva Planet)... Super responsive—it could climb trees at the drop of a hat. The only downside: the range, with a 9-liter tank... I could barely make it 100 km.

Very good soft enduro bike, simple and economical. Harden the fork with shims and thicker oil (10 or 15 w), adjust the rear shock, unbolt the engine (very simple), change the tires and remove unnecessary accessories. Then, it goes everywhere with ease and the 2t engine is a delight. Hello, good evening,
I would like to know one thing about the clutch release bearing seat washer. I have the documentation and it is marked that this washer is not on certain models except that I bought my 125 kdx of 1992 the clutch slips I changed everything but it continues in addition to that it heats I wonder if there is this washer of origin on this model and if it can be because of that that it slips. If this washer is original on the bike I would like to know its dimensions

I've changed the cylinder head and base gaskets, I've dismantled the connecting rod that activates the intake and exhaust valves (no screws upside down), where can I find marks for reassembly?

How do I adjust the valve intake?
I disassembled the cylinder head and the cylinder by unscrewing the tab that operates the valves (not upside down), the piston is at the top, how do I engage the tab, the bar on the right or left.

Piston wiseco, intake and exhaust filed, CRD line, carbon valve, larger jet, open air box and optimized air filter, weight reduction (no headlights, battery, tool kit) + Akront 17" wheels and supermot' accessories (renthal handlebars etc...), believe me, it kicks ass and makes more than 35 hp !!!

fit a complete Spes line, open the airbox, change the filter, change the nozzle, fit a 14 sprocket and 2 enduro tires in 120-90/18and 90-90/21 and you'll be able to follow husky and katoche without any problem.
