As its name suggests, the Kawasaki Versys 650 Tourer is clearly oriented towards... Touring. For business, the duo of panniers provides two 35-liter loads. A set of handguards and a tank protector are also available. And to counter wind, rain and sea spray, a high bubble with a 3-position adjustable deflector completes the package.

I've been riding trail bikes for years, and my last bike was a 2003 Ducati 1000 DS Multistrada. I sold that bike for a 2012 Versys 650 pack tourer, and I really don't regret that choice! Admittedly less powerful than the ducati, but it doesn't matter, I'm not looking for performance, but a good all-round pleasure bike, simple to ride, and above all a fun bike to ride. This "petite" versys 650 really has all the makings of a big bike (bigger in size than my multistrada!) It's very comfortable, but a comfort seat for heavy riders would be even better, of course! The short sixth gear takes some getting used to! Fuel consumption: 4.2 liters per 100 km when loaded with luggage and respecting speed limits !!!! Easy to corner, thanks to 17-inch wheels!
