presentation of the VERSYS 1000 Grand Tourer 2019
You've searched, you've compared, you've fallen in love, you've fallen in love with reason, and now you're ready to sign the cheque and set off for miles and miles? That's what the Versys 1000 is for, so it all starts well.
Then, should you go for the standard or the SE? After a while, you'll realize that controlled suspension, adaptive cornering lights, a shifter and electronics galore... Not your thing. You'd rather spend that dough on travel gear. And that's where the Grand Tourer comes into its own.
even more capable of carrying freight than the Tourer, and even better equipped than the Tourer Plus, this road-going trail cruiser goes all out for luggage with the adoption of a large 47-liter top-case. There's plenty of room for a weekend's worth of food. The pack also includes a carrying bag specially designed for this top-case, allowing you to store and move contents more easily. All in all, this 1000 Versys Grand Tourer is sufficiently equipped to perform all the functions of a high-caliber GT. All that's missing is a high bubble to complete an already impressive list:
- 28-liter side cases
- Inner suitcase bags
- 47-liter top case
- Top-case inner bag
- Additional 12-volt socket
- Hand guards
- Additional lights
- Side protection pads
- Tank protection sticker kit
kawa's name and reputation as a tourer are no more. This accessorized version of the Versys almost takes up the slack. For those ready to treat themselves to the even better-equipped premium model, the Grand Tourer package is also available for the SE version.

weak points: "average" finish, especially in terms of wiring, the regulator doesn't display the required speed and yo-yo's a bit after acceleration, the quick shifter is rather bad (scklonk...) but that's just a detail. I'm very happy with it Rating : 4/5 Respond to Benance
