presentation of the 750 Corsaro 2026

For enthusiasts of strong-tempered Italian motorcycles, the Corsaro name evokes a motorcycle more than generous in sensations, with a severely burned engine; for the beginning of the 21st century. For those nostalgic for the past, the Corsaro 125 wrote some fine pages in Italian sport and landscape in the 60s.

Has the time come for a new generation and, above all, a new Corsaro face? At least, that's what the brand's Sino-Cratic orientation seems to suggest. With an all-new displacement for both Morini and Corsaro: 750!

This roadster with its aggressive profile tickles the fancy of many already well-established streetfighters. But since the clientele is vast, energetic and fond of hard-hitting motorcycles - in design as well as engine, or vice versa - we might as well try to win over a handful of them. In terms of retinal impact, it's a success. The front end belches menace at every turn, exuding an equally dark and Machiavellian Venom (Marvel universe) look.

The very wide, very flat fuel tank actively surprises with its pronounced indentation. There are also a number of qualitative or ceremonial elements that demonstrate a concern for finish, such as the Brembo manual controls, the sport jars, the engine cowling, the triple-attached lower fork crown, the Morini logo inlaid in the passenger seat, and the small exhausts on both sides.

On the engine side, the promises are in the image of a motorcycle with Italian charm. Unlike most manufacturers who opt for a parallel-twin architecture, Morini preserves the more noble V-twin layout. Another remarkable feature is that the crankshaft is counter-rotating, as on MV-Agusta three-cylinders; this compensates for the gyroscopic effect of the wheels and enhances agility.

This engine is new but not unknown. It derives from the big 1200, installed for 20 years on Trivolzio's big models, and carried over in a modernized version on the 1200 X-Cape and Milano. It goes from 1187 cm3 to 749 cm3, has super-square ribs of 90 mm by 58.9 mm (a sign of an appetite for high revs) and sets its power output at 96 hp. This figure will certainly be lowered one horsepower when it goes on sale, to ensure A2 compatibility. The 750 Corsaro will appeal not only to mid-size roadster enthusiasts, but also to the new generation of motorcyclists who like to show off. In addition to its narrow, V-shaped layout, the block features dry sump lubrication, making it a little more compact.

Moto-Morini 750 Corsarothe "little" Corsaro is claimed to weigh under 200 kilos. Its compact yet compact size makes it easy to imagine this weight. The chassis is just as interesting. Two slim aluminum pieces are fitted between the shoulders and the fuel tank, then joined to a minimalist tubular steel structure. The front end looks serious, with a multi-adjustable inverted fork (with its red anodized caps, it looks like a Mupo) and radially mounted Brembo Stylema brake calipers. Biting 320 mm discs, they promise top-level, sporty braking. As always in this category, the rear is much more timid, with a 220 mm disc, assisted by a single-piston caliper. The aluminum swingarm also contributes to the quality feel and harmony/efficiency of the chassis. The choice of tires is also very Latin, with Pirelli Diablo Rosso IVs.

Morini hasn't breathed a word about the electronics on this model. So much the better, as it leaves more room to appreciate the essentials. But there's no doubt that it will be there. TFT screen, ABS, traction control and LED lights are all part of the package. We'll certainly find out the rest at EICMA 2024. After all, the Morini 750 won't hit the road until 2025. It will be accompanied by a Sport version, with a very dynamic fairing.

French Model 2026
Hello. What a beautiful bike, designed with precision and balance. Aesthetics will meet efficiency. But you don't see anything on the horizon, what a shame, what a beautiful dream all the same. !!!! Powerful and light. Just one small criticism: a thinner, less bulky headlight. Sincerely JM Rating : 5/5
French Model 2026
It's a 90° engine, and it really has nothing in common with the 87° V1200 engine, apart from the super-square ribs. 2 half-cases, cylinder inserts, dry sump, counter-rotating vilo... It's a new engine, which doesn't seem to have been copied, and that's quite remarkable for a manufacturer today! Rating : 5/5

I don't know, it's a very Chinese bike. 200kg dry weight makes for a nice enbonpoint. Rating : 2/5
