presentation of the 1200 CORSARO VELOCE 2014
the Corsaro 1200 Veloce gets some good for 2014, and some not-so-good for the wallet. Between two vintages, Morini's hot machine takes on no less than 4,000 euros. That hurts, and the superb price advantage disappears. After all, when it returned after a two-year absence, the Corsaro had lost a few feathers, but it was one of the cheapest severely burned roadsters on the market. A spicy version of Morini's already ballsy roadster, the standard Corsaro, the Veloce came back with almost the same arguments: a fiery twin, a very vindictive plastic, and all the improvements that distinguished it from the basic version. These include a more adjustable Marzocchi fork, gold-series Brembo brakes, repositioned footrests and a shortened shifter travel. Brake and clutch master cylinders are radial.
on its rebirth, the Corsaro Veloce lost the Öhlins amorto and Termignoni mufflers. 2014 sees the return of Italian exhausts as a free option. A few carbon parts make their appearance, which can be painted as the customer chooses.
The RS14 twin benefits from new mapping and a pair of lambda probes. It consumes less, pollutes less... and wattles less. As a result, it loses 5 horsepower. But there's still 135 horses and a hefty 12.4 mkg in the troughs. Note that the rear tire width has been reduced from 190 to 180 mm.
to further distinguish itself, the bike offers a wide range of colors, which the manufacturer offers when ordering the Corsaro (beware, the bill swells quite quickly). With 16 colors for the bodywork, 4 for the frame and 3 for the engine, the Corsaro Veloce offers 192 different color combinations. The only criticism is that it doesn't offer electronic assistants, either as standard or as an option. But do they really belong here?
A few improvements were made in 2013: a more ergonomic saddle, a new tension regulator, better-quality paint, new handlebars, redesigned mirrors, and an anti-dribble clutch that reduces left-hand lever effort by 50%.

But I noticed a few differences between your article and the motomorinimotorcycle site, and between the old véloce and the new one: the amortos are sachs (and no longer ohlins), no more termignoni (probably the airbox and all that goes with it) from the old véloce.
Hence the price difference.
Nevertheless, it's a great bike.
