Available only in red, the SF Special Edition stands out from the standard model by its red-painted rims, black-anodized exhausts and parts, and above all by the decoration process used. The lacquer used is based on ceramic particles derived from nano-technology, for greater scratch resistance. This MZ Super Fighter will be available with the parallel twin in 2 versions: customers can choose either the 113 hp configuration of the normal SF and SuperTraveller, or the 117 hp config of the Sport model.

That's it, I've tried it ..
In a word: what a character!!!

Apart from the looks, which I love, but that's subjective, what I noticed

- it's a rather imposing bike, very far from the standards of today's roadsters (mostro, yam FZ1, hornet, raptor...), rather high in the saddle, in short, rather less easy to handle than what I know (current zr7s)

- chassis: we only had a quick look around, but it felt very balanced and neutral, not too snippy on suspension, front brake very good, rear brake a bit soft and too far away for me (can it be adjusted?)

- engine: well, when you start it up, you're in for a real thrill with its irregular, very pleasant growl
once you're on it, one thing's clear: it doesn't like under-revs at all (2500 rpm)... it reminds me of the twin buell 1200 in that respect (ditto for the firm clutch)
above that, it stretches out in a really virile way, not at all a polished character like the behemoth R1200R I tested a short while ago
in terms of noise, it becomes metallic at higher revs..
