presentation of the 900 Scrambler Orange Stealth Edition 2024
The 900 Scrambler mixes a good dose of citrus into its coffee. Not in it, but ON its tank. In this Stealth edition, Triumph's young adventurer cracks open a rather peculiar color scheme: a front of Sapphire Black gradually replaced by Silver Orange. What pretty, dark names, for a machine that will stand out wherever it's parked.
This is the paradox of the Stealth editions: a "stealth" name when the paint process used, and above all the result, are far from discreet - except in the case of the Bonneville T120 Black Stealth. There are eight models in the 2024 collection, available for one year only.
Before setting off from the city to the country - or vice versa, depending on your mood and the clods of earth you come across - the Scrambler will have entrusted its tank to a specialist painter to :
- prepare it, with a mirror-finish base coat,
- apply the color gradient by hand, from darkest to most colorful,
- finish with several coats of translucent and tinted varnish.
The end result is not only a two-tone nuancier, but also an evolutive one, as the intensity of the color varies according to the light.
Thus adorned, this country roadster is sure to attract attention. The Stealth edition will cost an extra 600 bucks, but that's not far off if the 900 Scrambler catches your eye. The entry fee is just like Triumph, and rather hefty for a 65 hp machine. But don't compare it to a bike like the XSR 700 or SV 650 Scrambler. This British motorcycle is in a different league, more gentlemanly, less wild, with a nice roundness and a formidable charm.

Maintenance
A combination of high ambient temperatures, high current loads and excessive side voltages can cause a bridge to form between the wiring between the alternator and the wiring harness connector. If the connector blades form a bridge, a thermal threshold may be reached which exceeds the connector's capacity and causes it to deform. This can lead to a short-circuit, increasing the risk of fire and creating an accident hazard.
Production dates between 27/04/2020 and 04/12/2023
A combination of high ambient temperatures, high current loading and excessive lateral tension may cause the wiring between the alternator and the harness connector to form a bridge. As a result, the connector can deform. This can result in a short circuit, increasing the risk of fire, and creating a risk of accident.
