presentation of the nouvelle 765 Street Triple RS 2023

Triumph has no intention of stopping there... The Street Triple RS already developed some 123 hp at 11,750 rpm in the current model year! It now boasts a maximum power output of 130 bhp at 12,000 rpm in its RS version and in its sultry Moto2 Edition.

Exclusive engine supplier to the Moto2 Grand Prix field since 2018, Triumph is riding the wave of competition and performance. With 130 hp, the latest versions unveiled by the Hinckley-based firm are getting ever closer to the 140 hp available to racing bikes thanks to the British three-cylinder engine.

This power enabled the Moto2 to break the 300 km/h barrier for the first time in 2021, with a top speed of 301.8 km/h achieved on the Philip Island circuit in Australia.

And so the Street Triple RS raises the tone even further, with 7 more peak horsepower. The three-stroke benefits from all the refinement and expertise acquired by the manufacturer in Grand Prix racing to establish itself as the ultimate engine for medium-displacement roadsters. The compression ratio has been increased by 4.7%, from 12.65:1 to 13.25:1. Pistons, connecting rods and studs have also been redesigned and combined with new combustion chambers. Valves and camshafts are also new, with increased valve lift to optimize all phases of the combustion cycle.

The Triple RS's responsiveness and acceleration are further enhanced by shortened gear ratios and the resulting optimization of the final drive. Thanks to the rapid gear selection provided by the Triumph Shift Assist up-and-down shifter, efficiency is guaranteed and no time is wasted shifting gears.

Triumph 765 Street Triple RS the new ABS, traction control and anti-wheeling system are constantly evolving to optimize their intervention. To enhance rider control, ergonomics have also been improved, with handlebars 12 mm wider and revised geometry, with the rear section raised to increase liveliness when cornering. Braking is entrusted to the ultimate Brembo Stylema 4-piston front caliper and Brembo single-piston sliding rear caliper. Finally, the suspension is fully adjustable, the RS being fitted with a 41 mm Showa inverted front fork and an Ölhins monoshock at the rear. The latter is combined with a gullwing-type swingarm that optimizes torsional rigidity and lateral flexibility. This increases stability at very high speeds.

The performance of this tasty ball of nerves is matched by its electronic baggage, with adjustable ABS and traction control, as well as five driving modes (Road, Rain, Sport, Personal and Track). All of this is controlled from the instrument cluster and 5-inch TFT instrument panel. The icing on the cake: a stopwatch is included on the RS version (and on the Moto2 edition).

Compared to the R model, the technical differences are more than noticeable. Less expensive, the R is also 10 horsepower less powerful, has a less advanced shock absorber and the 660 Trident's speedometer, and packs one kilo more.

Triumph didn't want to surprise Street fans or the curious. As a result, there's very little change between the two generations. Same look, same silhouette, same visual tension; only a sharp eye will notice the reworked radiator scoops and sabot, the modified pot, and the new 15-liter fuel tank. Style matches function: a little sharper.

An increasingly sexy and diabolical little bitch: irresistible!

I can understand why some people might find the dashboard hard to read, but you can display the engine RPM as a number, and that’s very easy to read.
On the other hand, saying that this bike is bland or whatever else is incomprehensible.
So easy, so efficient—it elevates your riding (perhaps too much). I’ve ridden Japanese and Italian bikes, and this one is undeniably one of the best bikes out there right now for having fun on the road.
Rating : 5/5
French Backbeat Model 2025
A very good motorcycle that suffers from a terrible LCD screen, as reported almost everywhere, and above all from unreliable and careless dealers: dirty motorcycle, stored who knows where and how (micro scratches on the tank, marks on the exhaust, blackened rims), delivered in bulk without any inspection. Once you've bought the machine, you're on your own. This is a far cry from the reputation for excellence touted by the brand. Rating : 1/5

I bought the TRIUMPH 765 STREET TRIPLE RS 2024 after getting a 2019 RS. The 2024 model is devilishly sexy, especially in red. The engine is a little more torquey and lively than the 2019 and the chassis is even more efficient. But the engineer who validated this Triumph's LCD screen should definitely be fired. What a piece of crap, it's totally unreadable and spending €13,000 on a motorcycle to not be able to read the information on the dashboard in 2024 hurts. So for me Triumph is finished, I'll go elsewhere to buy my future bike Rating : 3/5
French spyller Model 2025
It seems to be a very good bike, but I had no feeling with it, I took absolutely no pleasure. Maybe you can do very good lap times, but I buy a bike to have fun and enjoy myself, which was absolutely not the case during the test ride (position, little torque, not lively, etc) Rating : 3/5
French Michel Model 2025
Great bike! A real pleasure. Except for the dashboard, which is a complete disaster. Unreadable, you can't understand it when you're riding. I'd much prefer the old 675 block, at least it was clear. Rating : 4/5
French Seiya Model 2025
Hi everyone My first motorcycle 3 cylinder I just got it 07/03/2025 new I'm not on it I'm 53 years old I'm like a kid The problem for me the seat height despite the lowering kit I'm on tiptoe otherwise nothing to do with my z900 a superb machine Rating : 4/5
French Valérian Model 2025
A very good bike, as the article suggests! I hesitated to give it 5 stars, however, because two details bothered me. The first was the TFT display, whose lap counter is either illegible or invisible..... A simple addition of 4 small lights above the speedometer would do the job so much better! And the second detail is the possibility of having GPS indications except that neither the configurator nor the salespeople in the dealerships inform you that you have to buy in addition a big Bluetooth box at 300€.... Mesquinerie....sur une version 2025 !!!! Rating : 4/5

This summer I rode it for 4000km (on roads, not freeways) around Corsica from Lille.
From bend to bend, you can't see time go by on it, and every time you stop, you're in the mood. What more can I say? I highly recommend it, even for guys like me who've passed the age of 62. Fred. What happiness!
