presentation of the CENTURY 1130 RACER 2012
in 2011, Benelli celebrated its 100th anniversary. The small family workshop in Pesaro certainly didn't expect such longevity when it began repairing cars and bikes at the beginning of the 20th century. Then came the Motoleggera in 1921, victory in the Tourist Trophy in 1939, the 750 Sei in the 70s, the decline... And a stunning return to the limelight with the remarkable Tornado and TnT. It's the roadster that will carry on its shoulders the honor of celebrating Benelli's centenary. But let's not get carried away: the bride's dowry isn't all that generous. This CENTURY RACER edition is an 1130 Cafe Racer with special paintwork, a '100 Anniversary' sticker and a vintage Benelli logo.
New Brembo radial brake calipers, revised suspension, alcantara seat and new injection mapping are evolutions adopted by all 1130 TnTs and not just reserved for the special edition. Even if the design hasn't changed since the TnT first appeared on the market a number of years ago, this Century 1130 Racer is a beautiful machine, with the punch of a machine with a strong character.
