Motorcycle specifications Brough SuperiorRMB01 2025 Delicious complication

presentation of the RMB01 2025
Since its rebirth, Brough Superior has strived to offer top-of-the-range motorcycles. Time has driven its excellence to develop prestige with even higher-ranking models. Some time ago, the Toulouso-Nottingham-based brand entered into a partnership with Aston Martin to develop motorcycles under its own label: the AMB 001 and AMB 001 Pro. These were very exclusive, very powerful machines, and very much reserved for the track.
The idea has caught on, and Brough is now teaming up with another big name in luxury, this time in watchmaking: Richard Mille. It's worth noting that Rolex is a bit of a player compared to its Jura compatriot. The result of this glamorous marriage is the RMB01 - for Richard Mille Brough 1er modèle. Enough to attract the attention of the jet-set and lovers of highly refined timepieces.
A fashion statement
As always at BS, the criteria of beauty are above the norm and above the usual considerations. The RMB01 presents itself as a particularly feline sportswoman, sculpted in fantasy and close to a work of art. Every part, every element, every moment of the bike is dedicated to beauty. Except, and this is highly subjective, for its fashion-inspired front fins and theAMB 0001 Pro. In our opinion, it would be more graceful without them. But these winglets must provide support to glue the front end together at high speed.
Before we get to the engine, let's talk machining. The components that make up this bike are almost all CNC aluminum. Unlike most Broughs, where the frame is made of titanium, the RMB01's is a machined aluminum structure, with a self-supporting forged carbon rear frame. The superb hollowed-out swingarm combines technical sophistication with the sensuality of fine lingerie. The same delicacy is to be found in the drivetrain, with the Brough range's tried-and-tested Fior fork, also open-work.
And those are just the main parts. The entire RMB01 is built around this verve of mechanical eroticism. You'll find it in the half-handlebars integrating the braking and clutch systems in a single piece, in the rims bolted to the hub spokes, in the tank stretched out like a panther's hide.... Given the position of the footrests and cockpit, the (very wealthy) owner will have the impression of lying on the back of this wild beast.
One set of fangs, two exhaust pipes adorned in the open air, in wild hot-rod style. It's up to them to express the French twin's raucous rattle. Usually rated at around 100 horsepower (except on AMBs), it's pumped up to 130 on the RMB01. Sufficient power for this 979 cm3 without being extravagant. In fact, this block is one of those engines we appreciate as much for its design as for its performance. Starting with 160 kilos of aluminum-magnesium alloy, a 5-axis CNC machine cuts various parts to produce 23 kilos of components that make up a large part of this engine.
An art of existence
The dashboard alone is a delicacy. Much more, in fact. Its design borrows from the style of a watchmaking complication, in the same way as that of the latest Bugatti Tourbillon. Exceptional.
With this RMB01, Brough Superior and Richard Mille offer a new interpretation of mechanical luxury, combining the sophistication of watchmaking with the aphrodisiac suavity of exceptional motorcycles. A romance that will be produced in a limited series of 150. Priced at ....... Between a Porsche and a Ferrari. Richard Mille watches are priced slightly higher. As for use!?! In a collection, on the deck of an 80-meter yacht, or cast in glass to defy time.
