for long-distance travel with the Multistrada, the Touring version is sure to satisfy a good number of riders. But for those who want to take some extra luggage to cross several borders, Ducati offers a more complete version: the GranTurismo.

based on the MTS 1200 S Touring, this maxi trail-GT comes with a host of accessories. The lines are less svelte, as is the weight, which climbs to 245 kilos fully loaded, but travel capabilities are increased tenfold. Larger suitcases increase capacity from 58 to 73 liters, and a waterproof bag in each one keeps things dry. A top case with integrated backrest adds a further 48 liters. Comfort is enhanced on the Granturismo with a Comfort saddle, handlebars raised by 20 mm and a larger bubble.
Other little extras include additional headlamps under the fairing sides, engine protection bars, a special coating on the tank sides, and specific, more durable tires (Pirelli Angel GT).

all these features complement the Touring's original equipment. These include heated grips, Bosch 9ME ABS, 4 Riding Modes, traction control, center stand, LED headlights, Testastretta II dual-ignition engine, ride-by-wire, hands-free starting and Sachs electronic suspension with Skyhook system. This semi-active management system continuously adjusts damping according to Riding Mode or individual settings. With this Multistrada S Granturismo, you're ready to take on more roads and more desires.
