Motorcycle specifications Harley-Davidson 1920 Softail Heritage Classic Enthusiast Liberty Edition 2026 Memory in freedom
presentation of the 1920 Softail Heritage Classic Enthusiast Liberty Edition 2026
Rarely have the United States needed an ode to hope so much. This motorcycle is a song with dual symbolism. With this Liberty edition from the Enthusiast collection, the Heritage Classic strikes at the heart of America: it is both the most vintage model in the range and a tribute to the freedom that was so dearly won in 1776, proudly displayed with a certain statue saluting the arrival in the New World, and scorned by the mediocrity of a dangerous man.
However, the Heritage is not riding towards danger but towards tribute. Harley has covered it in black and gray to better highlight certain embellishments. There is some chrome, of course, as well as an eagle flying on the sides of the tank, blue and blue-white-red stitching on the seat and embroidered Bar & Shield, Liberty Edition inserts and some graphics on the engine covers and center console, another eagle on the front fender, and a windshield with a blue-tinted base. The 1 badge is embossed and colored in the colors of liberty.
Defending one's ideas
250 years ago, Americans fell for this idea. Today, the Heritage Classic wants to take some of its compatriots out onto the open road to feel the sand of California or the warm air of Nevada. To do this, it pushes them with the huge 117 ci M8 twin... Sorry, 1923 cm3. An engine with a calmer mapping than on other Harleys to better match the Classic temperament. It delivers 156 Nm at just 2750 rpm. A low-end torque that's tasty enough to make you completely forget about the nominal power (91 hp at 5020 rpm).

The Heritage may seem like it's from another century, but it comes with ABS, adaptive traction control and residual torque management in curves, tire pressure monitoring, full LED lighting, and a USB-C port.
Apart from the graphics, this special edition is identical to the standard model. Its "Midnight Ember" color costs an additional $2,600. The number of units produced has not been specified, but the entire "Enthusiast Liberty Edition" collection will be limited to approximately 2,500 units worldwide.
