Motorcycle specifications Harley-Davidson1584 DYNA STREET BOB FXDB 2013 Ignorer le superflu

the Street Bob gets a slight refresh for 2013. There are a few more touches of black on the fork tees, engine, fork pockets and battery compartment. A saw cut on the rear fender, a revised LED light and a vibration-reducing handlebar mount complete the list of modifications.
the Street Bob's stated aim is to keep the essentials and remove the superfluous, so as to enjoy the 88 twin cam as an egoist. In the '50s, Harley riders kept only the bare essentials on their machines and rode with their hair blowing in the wind. The FXDBI is inspired by this "Bobber" trend, with "Ape Hanger" handlebars, a very low solo seat (the passenger is excluded, his seat and footrests having disappeared), turn signals placed under the controls, spoked wheels and a wraparound rear mudguard.
like all Dyna models since 2006, the Twin Cam is housed in a new frame. The clutch is smoother and the fork diameter has been increased to 49 mm. Pleasure has been greatly enhanced since 2007 with the introduction of the 1584 cm3. Better filled, more generous, more torquey, the 96 quickly makes you forget the old 88. With its tall handlebars and respectable stature, the Street Bob doesn't seem the easiest bike to ride. Oh surprise, it's the opposite that awaits the rider. The machine is easy to ride, and allows you to have fun right up to the limit of your angle of attack. It rubs quickly, and braking, while not catastrophic, proves sufficient. Rebellious right down to the chrome, the Street Bob is the gateway to the Dyna family, with a price tag of €13,590. Harley didn't add much in the way of equipment to announce such a price tag. In fact, that's the whole point. In addition to its stripped-down identity, the Street Bob offers another advantage: an excellent basis for customizing this Dyna to your heart's content.

I finally bought it 2 weeks ago, and first disappointment: a small box on the front of the bike housing a plug remained open; so far, so good... Then came the 1000 overhaul, plus stage 1... the pots I'd ordered weren't there... I'd received some a few weeks before, but they weren't the right ones... now I had to put up with still having to ride with these ridiculous original pots that rendered the engine mute! Anyway, they told me they'd be back in 15 days. And finally, with 1,300 km on the odometer, leaving a refuelling stop at the pump, having enjoyed only a few kilometers of my Stage 1, the engine light came on with holes on deceleration and a more than suspicious smell. Here I was, stranded on the side of the road 70 kilometers from home... luckily fully insured, I was able to get home a few hours later, and the bike was returned to the consulate the next day. But I still feel a bit bad... It's all starting to look bad. Rating : 4/5 Respond to djiwid
