For competition, KTM offers its 450 Rally Replica; for experienced riders and power enthusiasts, the 890 Adventure R Rally delivers serious rally-raid performance; and here’s the one that combines lightness, a reasonable dose of power, and the purest spirit of rally-raid: the 690 Rally.

KTM is reconnecting with its roots in the discipline thanks to this highly anticipated, versatile machine, thereby reviving a legacy built on long-distance off-road exploration and uncompromising performance on all terrains.

A true spiritual successor to the iconic 640 Adventure, the 690 Rally infuses the LC4 platform with a rally spirit; it’s an invitation to go further and ride longer. It allows riders not simply to find themselves, but to discover themselves beyond the beaten path.

Designed for those who know that the real journey begins where the pavement ends, the 690 Rally is built to tackle demanding terrain and long-distance adventures.

Based on the proven platform of the 690 Enduro R, the Rally evolves its “dual-sport” design by prioritizing range, stability, and long-distance capability. A dedicated navigation tower, featuring an integrated windscreen, creates a true rally-style cockpit, while the fuel tanks significantly increase total capacity, allowing you to explore remote areas with confidence.

Dual Front Fuel Tanks

The additional front fuel tanks add 7 liters and work in conjunction with the 13-liter rear tank to bring the total capacity to 20 liters. This provides the range needed for long rides and remote terrain.

Rally Tower and Windshield

The specially designed rally tower, with an integrated windshield, improves wind protection at high speeds and over long distances. It reduces fatigue during long off-road special stages and fast connecting stages.

TFT Display and Connectivity

The 4.2” TFT display provides clear access to riding modes, navigation, and motorcycle information. Its compact layout keeps essential data clearly visible without distracting the rider from the terrain.

Rally Riding Mode

Rally mode allows the rider to adjust settings such as traction control and throttle response. This enables more effective adaptation to various off-road conditions, from gravel to more technical sections.

Braktec Braking and Clutch System

The Braktec hydraulic system ensures consistent braking and clutch performance for precise control on technical sections. It is integrated with the Quickshifter+ system, which allows for smooth upshifts and downshifts without using the clutch.

Off-Road ABS

Off-Road ABS allows the rider to disable ABS on the rear wheel while maintaining assistance on the front. A dedicated ABS-off button also allows the rider to completely disable the ABS if necessary. The result: better braking control on loose surfaces and during steep descents.

Footrests

The wide “no-dirt” footpegs prevent mud buildup and ensure consistent grip. Rubber inserts can be optionally installed for added comfort on the road.

WP Xplor Suspension

The WP XPLOR fork features separate compression and rebound adjustments, while the rear shock is fully adjustable: rebound, high- and low-speed compression, and preload. This allows the rider to precisely tailor the suspension’s performance to the terrain and riding conditions.
