Motorcycle specifications Laverda750 STRIKE 1999 The temperament of an Italian

directly derived from the 750 Sport and sharing the Formula's uncompromising side, the Strike is a spirited, incisive roadster. The recipe is simple: remove the fairing and raise the half-guidelines. In this way, the bike retains the elements that make it such a high-performance machine. The vertical twin is housed in a sporty aluminum perimeter frame, with Paioli suspension components. The inverted fork houses Brembo brakes, which are extremely efficient. It's beautiful, efficient and expensive. The Strike is pure Italian, with impeccable handling and a characterful engine. The bike offers a decent riding position, but make no mistake: it's an authentic sports bike. Once set on the corner, the machine follows a track, even when the tarmac becomes rough. The twin is sharp, expresses its disapproval of descending in rpm with vibrations that seem to dislocate the bike, and pushes severely in the second half of the rev counter. Not a girlie engine. Originality and sportiness are the order of the day on this ebullient roadster, but the price tag marginalizes it a little too much. But Laverda doesn't build motorcycles for one-day enthusiasts.
