What's changing in 2023
ducati has revamped the Scrambler 800 family for 2023, with only 3 models left in the catalog (and still the 3 1100 models). A minor facelift and overall technical improvements are on the agenda.
Muscle-wise, the new Diavel V4 will be powdering hard, the Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini and Panigale V4 Bautista / Bagnaia edition will be hitting the luxury segment, the Multistrada V4 Rally will be taking to the streets, and the even stronger Panigale V4R will be hammering the Superbike segment. The Streetfighter V4 SP2 receives a few updates. Still limited to a single displacement, the Monster doubles up as an SP version with Öhlins elements.

The rear wheel shaft can lose its structural integrity and break, which can result in loss of control of the motorcycle and increase the risk of a crash.

The screws securing the passenger seat backrest may not be properly tightened, which could cause the backrest to break, posing a risk of accident. The backrest may also break if a passenger leans on it without holding on to the rider or seat strap.

Faulty software can cause the daytime running lights to be activated on the dashboard when the motorcycle is riding at night. The headlight may also switch automatically from low beam to daytime running light, which is not sufficient to illuminate the road, increasing the risk of an accident.
