presentation of the 1000 Stelvio Duecento Tributo 2025
The return of the Stelvio has been unanimously acclaimed, with a lively, successful engine, a more fashionable design than theold 1200 version, and a level of enjoyment that honors the Mandello coat of arms. The year 2025 will celebrate a special event, in which this Guzzi had to take part.
Via a special series. The 1000 Stelvio debuts on the market in a Duecento Tributo edition. An ostentatious way of paying tribute to the number 200.
200 what? Well, it's 200 years since there was a road to reach the summit of the highest road pass in the Italian Alps. 40 hairpin bends on one side, 48 on the other - it's enough to give you an edge at every turn.
This Stelvio celebrates the road's two centuries of existence. It shows its difference loud and clear with a particularly refreshing blue-white-red paint scheme. But don't be fooled into thinking that it has fallen in love with France. The white refers to the snow, the colored notes to the clothes for climbing in the mountains. The graphics also evoke the route to the summit, whose coordinates are inscribed on the flanks: 46° 31' 42.96'' north, 10° 27' 09.72'' east.
To mark the occasion, Guzzi has added some equipment to this version, which is based on the Stelvio PFF Rider Assitance, already packed with technical solutions. As a bonus, the Duecento Tributo gets heated saddles and grips, Up&Down shifter, MIA multimedia platform, tire pressure monitoring, center stand, radiator guard (with stylized fenders) and a bridge plate laser-engraved with its serial number. All that's missing are the suitcases.
A limited series, to be precise. The factory has decided on a production run of 2,758 units - the altitude in meters of the oft-mentioned pass. Once up there, the tires will be hot and the air a little chilly. Not to worry, the electrically adjustable bubble will have protected the rider adequately. It's a good time to stop for a photo, appreciate once again the Stelvio's single-arm design, its silhouette and its spoked wheels, and think again about all the on-board equipment: 46 mm inverted forks, Brembo brakes, 5-inch TFT screen, traction control and corner-active ABS, 5 driving modes, cruise control, hand guards and radar system. The latter provides fashionable safeguards, identified as FCW (collision warning), BLIS to warn of a vehicle in the blind spot, and LCA to warn of a rear-end risk when changing lanes.

Finally, the melody of the 115 hp twin and its timeless presence. The Guzzi 1000 Stelvio Duecento Tributo is very attractive in terms of both its equipment and its qualities, but the price tag is likely to be a bit steep. It will undoubtedly cost close to €20,000.

- Off-Road: A mode specifically developed for off-road driving. Engine braking is very practical and engine management is the most direct. Traction control and ABS have specific off-road calibrations: the former at minimum intervention level, while the latter is present only on the front wheel.it is possible to eliminate both traction control (in all driving modes) and ABS on both wheels (in off-road mode only).
