presentation of the V 100 Mandello édition 105e anniversaire 2027
The Mandello proudly bears the name of a town—the very one where Moto Guzzi was founded. So who better than this bike to carry the torch in commemorating a golden age?! This touring roadster is available as a special edition to honor the brand’s 105th anniversary.
With over a century of history—complete with its ups and downs—the brand now has a brand-new factory to support its ambitions. The V 100 Mandello’s color scheme is a nod to the production site’s hub. The bike is clad entirely in gray—a specific color it shares only with the other “105” models: the V 85 Strada, Stelvio, and V7 Stone.
The yellow of certain buildings has been incorporated into the stitching and an eagle inlaid into the seat, a sticker on the rear wheel, and the “105” logo on the sides of the fuel tank.
A subtle, pearlescent finish, with just the right touch of vibrancy to bring out the character. An area where Guzzis have an inimitable flair. The Mandello itself is an iconic machine for the manufacturer: it was the first to feature the brand’s first liquid-cooled twin (still with side-mounted cylinders).
A Guzzi like no other
It’s also—and above all—a beautiful machine, with a somewhat unique stance, real character, special spoilers (whose purpose many still wonder about), a pleasant and efficient ride, a very successful engine, and a comprehensive suite of electronics (4 riding modes, traction control, cornering ABS, cruise control, a 5-inch color TFT display, and adaptive cornering headlights).
Guzzi is making its “105th Anniversary” collection a testament to its history. The handoff begins in October, and this special edition will be available through the end of 2027.

Features of the Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello’s riding modes:
- Touring: engine braking (MGFM) is heavily engaged to facilitate deceleration by closing the throttle alone; the acceleration level (MGCM) is progressive (level 2 out of 3); traction control (MGCT) is set to the third level out of four. When this mode is selected, the side deflectors open fully once the speed exceeds 70 km/h (the threshold can be adjusted).
- Pioggia ( Rain): all electronic systems are adjusted to better handle difficult weather conditions. Engine braking is very pronounced; power management is at its smoothest (level 3 out of 3); Traction Control is set to the highest level to ensure complete safety during acceleration. In this mode, the side deflectors remain open at all times to maximize protection from water at any speed.
- Road: Engine braking is very pronounced; engine mapping is progressive (level 2 out of 3); traction control is set to the second level out of four. In this mode, the side deflectors remain closed, but the rider can choose to open them at a certain speed.
- Sport: The electronic settings are fine-tuned to ensure the best sporty driving experience. Engine braking is minimal; engine management is more direct and sporty (level 1 out of 3); traction control is the least intrusive (first level out of four). In this mode, the side air vents remain closed, but the driver can choose to open them at a certain speed.
