Motorcycle specifications MV-Agusta 800 Turismo Veloce Lusso 2018 Adrenalin on the red carpet
presentation of the 800 Turismo Veloce Lusso 2018
mV-Agusta's approach to touring and trail riding is more a story of sport, passion and the open road. The 800 Turismo Veloce exudes impatience, its design makes you long for more, its engine is piqued with adrenalin and its electronics are worthy of the brand's sports bikes. The Lusso (Italian for luxury) version takes refinement to another dimension of travel.
it is easily recognized by its pair of elegant suitcases, with a total capacity of 60 liters. The shapes of these suitcases blend seamlessly with the overall lines of the 800 Turismo Veloce.
Even richer in electronics and equipment, the Lusso features GPS, heated grips and semi-active "Skyhook" suspension. Damping very similar to that offered on Ducati Multistrada S models. Equipment manufacturer Sachs developed this technology, which enables the suspension to "read" the road and adapt settings accordingly. The system acts continuously on the hydraulic settings, working in concert with the MVICS 2.0 on-board electronics.
better equipped often means heavier. In the Lusso version, the Turismo Veloce is 13 kilos heavier, weighing 207 kilos, one of the lightest in its class. The 110 horsepower of the three-cylinder engine will have no trouble playing with this machine. As with the standard version, the Lusso benefits from the improvements inherent in the transition to Euro4. The injection system has been reworked, and several technical parts of the engine have been revised or new: cylinder head, valve guides, timing belt tensioner, gearbox gears, starter, balance shaft and frame mountings. The TV has lost a little torque in the process, but nothing prohibitive. One concern remains: the final bill...

Every part is a true work of art, crafted with care and attention to detail. And above all, it retains that distinctive, powerful character that is the very essence of MV Agusta!
It truly has that certain something that the competition lacks.
Riding it is pure pleasure, with an explosive engine and plenty of features that are perfectly in tune with the times.
In the Lusso version, it’s also very practical and even makes for lovely rides with a passenger, thanks to its luggage system that’s as stylish as it is functional.
Ultimately, it lacks almost nothing… except perhaps a slightly lower seat height to put riders with shorter legs—like me—at ease!
Fortunately, with the seat-lowering option, riders who are 1.70 m tall can enjoy this beautiful machine with complete peace of mind.
A motorcycle that’s as beautiful as it is fun to ride, setting it apart from the competition—which is often much more run-of-the-mill! :) Rating : 5/5 Respond to MV MAN
