presentation of the M 800 INTRUDER 2015
in the muscle-bike customs category, there's often a face and a big engine pushing behind it. But what's there for those who just want to look good, without having to deal with a lot of torque and the huge twin that goes with it? Not much, which is why Suzuki offers this M 800 Intruder. The recipe is simple. The same design as the powerful 1 800, with its characteristic fork head. It's a little softer on the 800, less voluminous but still surprising with its trapezoidal headlight encapsulated in a substantial cowling. Add to that an upside-down fork and plenty of chrome, and you've got a machine that turns heads. But where it all changes is in the technical aspects. With 1,000 cm3 less, 80 kg lighter and over 70 horsepower more, the little Intruder is in a completely different league. It's all about parrying, accessibility and showing off, without having to deal with the character of a big monster. Coming out of 53 drunks, the liquid twin takes advantage of the double-throttle injection to optimize its filling. It'll take you just about anywhere, but don't ask it to burn rubber at red lights. With the exception of the forks and wheels, the chassis is that of the C 800 cousin. A classic double tubular steel cradle.
Pricing-wise, the 2 muscular custom protagonists are worlds apart: almost 6,000 euros less to afford the 800 and the famous futuro-classic VZR silhouette. If you're looking for a compromise, there's also a middle ground: the C 1500 T Intruder, but in a completely different category.

there is an electrical plug connected to the top silencer, what is it for?
Thanks Rating : 5/5 Respond to Nico
this is a lambda sensor, there are two of them, one at the inlet of the lower line and one at the outlet of the outer line at the level of the silencer.
they are used to send information to the ECM calculator about the injection. it's to consume less in quotation marks... if you decide to change the lines or just the silencers, think of taking with the probe inputs or else you'll have to buy decoys. they cost about 5â'¬. VOILA... V Rating : 5/5 Participate in the conversation
My only complaint is the rear brakes. Rating : 4/5 Respond to sanglier
i recommend it to my biker friends. You can enjoy riding within the legal speed limit and still have fun.
It's a pity that there's only black or blue for the choice of color. Otherwise, this bike is top-notch, with the advantage of cheaper insurance Rating : 5/5 Respond to le motard21
